Registrations are now open.
Our 600-strong pinot-passionate posse will be taking over a number of venues in the Christchurch CBD for three days and nights, from Tuesday 23rd until Thursday 25th February 2021.
Registration places are limited. We recommend signing up early to avoid disappointment. We would also advise you to book your accommodation early. You will have the option to do this during the registration process.
When you arrive in Christchurch for the event, pre-event registrations will take place in the afternoon of Monday 22nd February, or you may do this early on Tuesday morning if that suits you better. Be sure to schedule this into your itinerary.
Full Registration: $1890
Accompanying Person Registration: $515
All prices are in NZ dollars, and exclude 15% GST (Goods and Services Tax). Registrations are payable by credit card at the time of registering and credit card fees apply.
Full Registration includes access to:
- all keynote speaker sessions
- the International Pinot Noir Tasting
- the New Zealand Pinot Noir Tasting
- entry to a series of free-flow regional tastings across three days, from 120 wineries, spanning 8 New Zealand wine regions
- the very best local cuisine, consisting of morning tea, lunch and dinner across each of the three days. All lunches and dinners will be matched to outstanding wine, beer and other delicious beverages. The evening functions are The Hoolie on Night One, Ancestry on Night Two, and Feast on Night Three.
Accompanying Person Registration
An accompanying person registration is designed for anyone bringing a partner, who will attend the evening functions only. This registration type can only be booked in conjunction with a full registration. It provides access to The Hoolie on Night One, Ancestry on Night Two, and Feast on Night Three. An accompanying person registration does not include any day sessions, lunches or tastings.

Ticket refunds and transfers:
If you’re unable to attend, your registration (including your function tickets) may be assigned to another person. All cancellations and substitutions must be notified in writing to Pinot Noir NZ 2021’s event organisers, Conference Innovators. You can email the team at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Registration cancellations received in writing before 1 December 2020 will receive a full refund less $200 + GST (NZD) administration charge. No refunds will be made from 1 December 2020, however substitutions are welcome.
Accommodation cancellation charges will be at the discretion of the hotel concerned.
If the Pinot Noir NZ 2021 event is cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the Pinot Noir NZ 2021 Board, registration fees will be refunded after the deduction of expenses already incurred.
In order for a NZ winery to participate in Pinot Noir NZ 2021, they must be signed up as a participating winery. Staff from wineries that are not a participating winery are not able to purchase a delegate ticket only.
By attending Pinot Noir NZ 2021, you agree that any photos or videos taken during the event can be used for promotional purposes.
